Palak is the CEO of AccessHealth, a Federally Qualified Health Center serving Fort Bend and Waller Counties. She has over a decade of experience in healthcare strategy and operations, with a focus on improving community health outcomes through accessible, patient-centered care. Palak earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in India and her Master of Public Health from the UTHealth School of Public Health. In addition to her leadership role at AccessHealth, she serves on the boards of Apollo Chamber Players and Fort Bend Regional Partnership.

Palak is excited for her new role serving as a board member for Therapists Beyond Borders. She enjoys being part of Therapists Beyond Borders, because of its mission to advance global health and strengthen the healthcare workforce to improve outcomes for communities around the world. She is passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations that create meaningful and lasting impact.

Outside of work, Palak enjoys reading and traveling.
