
Harrison is a medically-based physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience. He received his bachelor’s of science in physiotherapy from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Currently, Harrison is employed as the head of the physiotherapy department at Karatina Sub-County Hospital in Nyeri County, Kenya and he is employed as a Kenyan Sign Language interpreter. Harrison was appointed to the regulatory body called Physiotherapy Council of Kenya (PCK) as a board member by the health Cabinet Secretary to represent all county physiotherapists in Kenya. Formerly, he was the treasurer to Kenya Society of Physiotherapists (KSP) . He's still the Nyeri County Physiotherapists and Disability Coordinator. Notably, he holds certification as a trainer for both of TBB’s Adult Disability Programs, “Empowering Your Patient” and “Understanding Your Disability”.
In Harrison’s free time, Harrison dedicates himself to volunteer work. He contributes as a physiotherapist for a local youth slalom kayaking club and serves as a yoga and aerobics fitness instructor.
